Commercial Electrical Work In Progress
Our current project is an electrical renovation of offices/suites on the fourth level of a popular building in the city. The project involves lighting, rewiring, procurement, and installation of electronic systems.
Our electrical plan for lighting of this office space is based on glare control, visual comfort, high horizontal and vertical illuminance, and good clarity. As good office lighting is directly proportional to productivity, we have taken great care in illuminating each area of this office space.
Similarly, safety is another important aspect that we have pondered over while drawing up their electrical plan for renovation.
The boys are installing 600mtr wide cable trays to support the cables which will then be placed installed in the tray.

Our work in progress project is a property in Iluka by Atrium Builders. House lighting is a crucial aspect of this project. The images here showcase the step lights and hanging pendants over kitchen.
The concept of lighting is layered in a way to strike the right balance between ambient light, accent light and task lights. Thus, providing a soothing visual experience. The highlights, such as step lights, enhance the beauty of individual structures while keeping them in sync with the other interior elements.
The installation of light fixtures and wiring are done with perfection and in compliance with WA Electrical standards.
