Legacy of CAM Electrical
CAM Electrical was established in 1989. Charlie started his career in the electrical industry when he was 15 years old. Starting as an apprentice and eventually becoming a supervisor for a company. 12 years on and Charlie then decided it was time to start his own business.
He started off as a subcontractor. From there it eventuated into larger contracts generating a lot more work and required hiring staff. Charlie then teamed up with another electrical contractor and this lead them working on 50 – 100 houses a year. It then went on to 900 – 1000 houses a year. Thus, becoming best electricians in Perth.
As time went on, Charlie’s family joined the team at CAM Electrical. His wife Oni in the accounts department, 2 son’s Vince & Daniel now both tradesmen and his daughter Jessica in the office.
